Terms & Conditions

Services

We provide marketing strategy, on-demand execution teams, AI agent development, and hosting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in your individual proposal or statement of work.

Payments

Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.

Intellectual property

You own the final deliverables once payment is complete. We retain rights to underlying frameworks, internal tools, and case study rights (anonymized unless you approve otherwise).

Confidentiality

We treat your business data, strategy, and customer information as confidential. Mutual NDAs are available on request and signed before kickoff for sensitive projects.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount paid by you in the prior 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate a retainer with 30 days written notice. Project-based work may be terminated per the cancellation terms in your SOW.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Growth Optimizers (Kyptronix LLP) is registered. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
