We grew up in industries full of dark patterns and false promises. We chose a different path. This is the code we operate by.

Honest marketing
We don't run misleading ads, fake scarcity, manipulative urgency, or fabricated testimonials for ourselves or our clients. If a tactic feels gross, we don't ship it.
AI usage
When we deploy AI agents on your behalf, we disclose AI usage where required by law. We do not impersonate humans in deceptive ways. Models are tested for bias, hallucinations, and safety before going live.
Client selection
We decline projects that promote misinformation, discrimination, predatory financial products, or anything we wouldn't want our families using. Revenue is not worth our reputation.
Anti-bribery & anti-corruption
We do not offer, solicit, or accept bribes, kickbacks, or improper payments. Gifts to or from clients are kept under fair business value and disclosed internally.
Diversity & inclusion
Our team is hired and promoted on merit and impact. We build inclusive products and call out exclusionary patterns when we see them in our own work.
Whistleblower protection
Anyone team member, client, or vendor can report ethics concerns confidentially to ethics@growthoptimizers.net. Retaliation is a fireable offense, period.
Compliance
We comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, India DPDP Act), tax regulations in the jurisdictions we operate, and standard professional service obligations.
