Refund Policy
We stand behind our work. Here's exactly when and how refunds happen no jargon, no runaround.

Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original payment. To qualify, the deliverable must materially fail to match what was scoped in your signed proposal or statement of work.
What's refundable
Unstarted retainers, undelivered milestones, and prepaid months of service that haven't begun. Setup fees, completed sprints, and custom AI agent builds are non-refundable once work has started.
How to request
Email billing@growthoptimizers.net with your invoice number and the reason for your request. We'll review within 5 business days and respond with a decision in writing.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank processing times may add additional delay outside our control.
Disputes
If you disagree with a decision, you can escalate to our founder directly. We'd rather make it right than win an argument.
